Charlie Yates: Charlie graduated from University of Tennessee (1980) in the school of Mechanical Engineering. Yes very far from real estate. Especially when you consider he was a high tech scientist at Allison Turbine Engine Company and Arnold Airforce Base. After seeing the passion and skill Courtney (his wife) had towards real Estate, he was convinced in 1998 to join Courtney and create “TeamYates”. The attention to detail and ability to consult in business has rewarded the Team and added to its growth.
Josh Yates: Josh's thorough knowledge of the real estate market has allowed him to excel at consulting buyers and sellers in their real estate investments since 2002. Successfully navigating his clients through the complicated world of real estate is what has established Josh as a reputable, knowledgeable, and experienced full time real estate consultant.
